FAQ

What is a fanzine.?
A fanzine is a non-commercial, unofficial published work created by fans of a particular interest.
Is this Zine SFW?
Yes, this zine is SFW. No sexually explicit content will be allowed, however respectful, artistic nudity may be discussed with mods. That said, please do not submit sexual content in your portfolios or applications.
Is this zine for Charity or Profit?
This is a charity zine! Please find more information of our chosen charities at Charity.
Is this a physical/digital release?
We aim to offer both formats for the zine!
What content will not be accepted?Disrespectful, derogatory and/or explicit portrayals of queerphobia, racism, transphobia, pedophilia, incest or sexual assault will not be allowed in MB.We fully understand Trigun is not absolved of darker themes and we are especially aware this zine focuses on a morally dubious character, but is very important to us that these themes are portrayed with tact. For the peace of mind of our contributors and mod team, we opt to avoid them to some degree. Will ships be allowed?
No.
Will au content be allowed? On a case by case basis, yes! While we do prefer to stick to canon compliancy, you are open to talk to our mods about any au pitches you may have. That said we’re also open to hearing contributors diverse headcanons with a focus on Knives. Will contributors be compensated?
All contributors are promised a free digital copy of the zine and discounts on merch/physical copies upon its completion. If sales manage and the zine breaks even, we will be able to send physical copies to contributors free of charge (merch will have to be bought separately).
How will info be communicated?
Contributors and mods will be expected to be a part of the production discord. Questions can be directed either to twitter or to our retrospring (see below). And we will of course be keeping in touch via twitter!
Will contributors keep the rights to their work?
Yes! Contributors will be able to share their work once the project has concluded. The team will share a specific date with contributors after creation begins.

B0ts (he/him)

Note: I rotate this man and his utensils in my head like a rotisserie chicken.

Angel (she/her)
Production and finance mod

Blurb: Working on a 98 Knives cosplay right now

Magnolia (she/her)
Graphics mod

Note: Trigun stampede changed my brain chemistry, super excited to work on this project ❤️

Seven (Any)
Writing mod

Note: After joining the Trigun fandom in early 2022, my 15-year passion for writing was reignited. Assisting others is a passion; cracking jokes is a hobby; and loving Vash is a full-time career. Nice to meet you!

Lucian (he/him)
Server mod

Note: Between being a goth, a cowboy, and a storyteller, I was born to rep TriMax at every opportunity. I balance running servers with being an artist and chef, so from permissions to parmesan, I’m your guy.

Melon (they/them)
Former Social media mod

Note: Trigun has brought so many wonderful people into my life and I'm so excited to be a part of the team! This is my first zine, but I'm no stranger to running social media accounts and discords for passion projects and small streamers. I look forward to working with you all 💙
